What distributors are up against
A customer needs a part today. Your usual supplier is out, or the part number is one nobody has asked for in years.
So you email three to five other suppliers by hand, chase the replies across email and WhatsApp, and re-key whatever comes back into a quote for your customer — while the next request is already waiting.
Buyer24 does the sourcing in between. You keep the customer, the relationship and the margin.

Questions we get
Is Buyer24 for distributors, or only for end buyers?
Both. Distributors and resellers use it the same way a buyer does: a customer's request comes in, Buyer24 gets it quoted by suppliers, and you quote your customer. You stay the seller of record.
Is there a commission?
No. Buyer24 never takes a cut of your deal or your margin. You pay for seats and credits, never per order, and sending an RFQ never costs a credit.
Which plan do I need?
Start on Free ($0, one user, no credit card). When you want Autopilot or more people on it: Basic is $49 a month for one user, Pro $99 per seat a month, Organization $149 per seat a month with one shared credit pool. Suppliers who quote you and customers you quote are never seats.
Will Buyer24 contact my customers?
No. Suppliers get the RFQ from you and reply to you. Your customer hears only from you, when you send them your quote.
Will suppliers see who my customer is?
That's your call. Many suppliers price faster when they know the end customer, so Buyer24 doesn't hide it by default. Tell Buyer24 to keep your customer off your RFQs and their name and details are removed before anything reaches a supplier.
Which suppliers get my request?
The ones you name, plus suppliers in the Buyer24 network that fit the part, plus new ones it researches. The draft shows how many before you press Send, and nothing goes out until you do.
