Our Mission
We believe procurement teams shouldn't spend their days wrestling with spreadsheets, chasing suppliers across fragmented channels, or manually parsing PDFs — and suppliers shouldn't lose deals to formatting or find out about demand after the PO is signed. Our mission is to connect both sides on one network and automate the repetitive work in between, so buyers source in hours instead of weeks and suppliers get seen when it matters.

Why We Built This
After years building ecommerce platforms for distributors, manufacturers, and online retailers, we saw the same problem everywhere: procurement teams drowning in fragmented communication. Modern sourcing happens across email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and supplier portals. Price lists arrive as PDFs and Excel files. Suppliers respond at their own pace—or not at all.
We also saw procurement software that was heavy to adopt: complex ERP integrations that take months to deploy, and enterprise tools that require dedicated IT support just to maintain.
We built Buyer24 differently: one simple subscription, no complex integrations required. Our AI assistant unifies supplier communication, extracts structured data from documents, and builds comparable quote tables automatically—working alongside your existing workflows, not replacing them.
Then something happened we didn't fully plan for: every buyer who joined brought their suppliers with them. What started as a buyer tool became a network. Today, every buyer who joins brings live demand, and every supplier who joins improves coverage for everyone — buyers get vetted suppliers instead of a directory dump, and suppliers get visibility into purchasing decisions the moment they happen.
