What's included in the free plan?
The whole buying loop for one user: RFQs under a fair-use allowance, supplier sourcing with 3 discoveries a month, quote collection, comparisons inside your RFQs, chat with the B24 Assistant, customer quotes, OCR and translation. No credit card and no trial clock.
Who counts as a seat?
Every named user in your organization. Suppliers answering your RFQs and customers using your portal are never seats — they're always free.
What does a credit buy?
Credits pay for agent work: a task for the Procurement Manager, Setup Specialist, Market Analyst or Site Builder, a supplier discovery, or a standalone quote comparison. Each agent has a fixed price per run — it belongs to the agent, not to how long the run takes — and the app shows it before you start. Chat with the B24 Assistant and onboarding are free.
Are credits and RFQs shared across my team?
On Organization, yes: every seat adds its credits and RFQs to one pool that anyone on the team can use. On Pro, each user has their own monthly credits and RFQs. Basic is a single-user plan. Top-ups can be used by anyone in your organization once their own credits run out.
Does sending an RFQ cost a credit?
No. Sending counts against your monthly RFQ allowance, never your credits. The allowance is a fair-use limit, not a meter — if you have a genuinely high-volume month, ask us and we'll raise it at no charge.
Does RFQ Autopilot use credits?
Its routine work doesn't: watching your open RFQs, sending reminders, answering supplier questions from your RFQ and comparing quotes are included in every paid plan. When Autopilot starts a task that runs an agent — a supplier discovery, for example — that task costs the agent's credits, the same as if you had started it. If you're out of credits, Autopilot stages the task for your approval instead of running it.
Which plans include solicitations?
Pro, Organization and Enterprise include them. On Free and Basic they're available on request: ask us and we'll switch them on for you. Pick the agencies, national tender feeds or bid-notice emails you want watched, and Buyer24 lists the open solicitations that match what you sell. Watching them and pursuing one — which turns it into a draft RFQ with its documents and a supplier deadline before the agency's close — never costs a credit. Finding new suppliers for a pursued bid is a supplier discovery: one of your 3 a month on Free, credits on a paid plan.
Which plans include WhatsApp?
Pro, Organization and Enterprise include it. Suppliers with a WhatsApp number get a short WhatsApp message with each RFQ, on top of the email, and can reply there; their replies land on the same supplier thread. From Pro up you can send from your company's own WhatsApp Business number, with Meta billing its per-message fees to your Meta business account, or from Buyer24's number. On Free and Basic, WhatsApp is available on request and sends from Buyer24's number.
Can a task run out of credits halfway through?
No. A run is paid for before it starts and then runs to completion — we never meter it or cut it off mid-way. If there aren't enough credits, it simply doesn't start and you're offered a top-up. If a run fails, or you stop it, the credit is returned.
How do top-ups work?
Buy extra credits any time, on any paid plan. Top-up credits don't expire with your monthly cycle; they're used after your plan's included credits.
How does annual billing work?
On Basic and Pro, paying yearly makes each seat about 20% cheaper — $39 on Basic, $79 on Pro — with the same monthly credits and RFQs. Organization is $149 per seat per month, billed annually only, with a minimum of 3 seats.
How does the 5-day free trial work?
The trial is on Basic, started from your free account — Autopilot and the credits switch on for 5 days. You provide a payment method but aren't charged until day 6; cancel inside the window and you pay nothing, and your account goes back to the free plan.
Can I add seats or change plans later?
Yes. Adding seats or upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated. Removing seats or downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
I'm already a subscriber. What happens to me?
Nothing you need to do. Your current plan and price stay as they are until you choose to change plan.
Do credits roll over?
Included credits refresh every month and don't roll over. Top-up credits stay until you use them.
Why is Enterprise custom-priced?
Because what's custom isn't the software — it's the guarantees around it. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, custom SLAs, a white-label network your buyers and suppliers join under your brand, private supplier pools, data residency, bring-your-own LLM, negotiated volume, and security review and procurement paperwork.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and then ends — no further charges. Your account keeps the free plan.
