Pricing FAQ
What counts as a credit?
Three things: sending an RFQ, running a standalone quote comparison, or dispatching a Task from the cockpit. Everything else — drafts, edits, AI assistant suggestions, customer quote generation, email monitoring, OCR, translation, Autopilot triage — is free.
How does the 5-day free trial work?
The trial is on the base plan only. You provide a payment method at signup but aren't charged until day 6. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid the charge. Picking any extra-credits pack converts the trial to a paid subscription immediately.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
User-triggered work returns an upgrade prompt — pick a larger credit pack and the change is prorated automatically. Autopilot keeps running on free workflows; any billable work it would have triggered stages for your approval until you upgrade. There's no overage charge and no surprise bill.
What's the difference between on-demand and nightly?
On-demand credits cover work you want immediately — they're the monthly pool you scale with credit packs. Nightly is a throughput rate (1 queued task per 24h window, every plan) for batched work where turnaround doesn't matter. Queue as many items as you want; the overnight cron drains them at 1 per night, FIFO by priority. Need one of those queued items sooner? Promote it to on-demand for 1 credit and it runs immediately.
Can I change packs mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
No. The on-demand pool resets at the start of each monthly cycle. Nightly throughput is per-night, not pooled.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing cycle and then transitions to cancelled — no further charges.
