Pricing FAQ
What's included in the free plan?
The whole buying loop: sending RFQs, supplier sourcing (catalog matching and limited web discovery), quote collection, comparisons inside your RFQs, customer quotes, OCR and translation. Fair-use limits apply to sending and web discovery — they're set well above normal buying activity and raised on request. No credit card and no trial clock.
When do I need the paid plan?
Two triggers: you want RFQ Autopilot managing your open RFQs in the background, or you want on-demand credits for comparisons, research, supplier discovery and other AI intelligence work. The plan also comes with support from the team — the free tier is self-serve. Until one of those is true, the free plan is the product.
Why is Enterprise custom-priced when the plan is $49?
Because what's custom isn't the software — it's the guarantees around it. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, custom SLAs, data residency, private supplier pools, a white-label network your buyers and suppliers join under your brand, security review and procurement paperwork, negotiated volume and limits, and a dedicated human on our side. The $49 plan is the same product, self-served.
What counts as a credit?
A credit buys one unit of AI work: an RFQ managed by Autopilot for a billing month, a standalone quote comparison, or an AI intelligence task dispatched from the cockpit — research, supplier discovery, insights and similar. Sending an RFQ never costs a credit — it's the core action of the product. Neither do drafts, in-RFQ comparisons, edits, AI assistant suggestions, customer quote generation, email monitoring, OCR or translation.
Is RFQ Autopilot included?
Yes — with the plan. Autopilot requires an active subscription and works your open RFQs continuously: answering supplier questions, sending reminders, comparing quotes and staging a recommended winner for your approval. Its work draws on the same monthly credit pool as everything else — one credit per RFQ it manages in a billing month, never per run or per action.
Is there really no charge for sending RFQs?
No charge. There's a fair-use rate limit so a single account can't blast the supplier network, but it's set well above normal buying activity — you'd have to be doing something unusual to notice it. If you do have a genuinely high-volume month, ask us and we'll raise your limit; it's a limit, not a paywall, and raising it doesn't cost credits.
Does sourcing new suppliers cost anything?
Sourcing for an RFQ is free but limited: catalog matching is unlimited, and web discovery for net-new suppliers runs on a monthly fair-use allowance. Deeper work you dispatch from the cockpit — company research, supplier discovery, insights — is on-demand AI work and uses credits.
How does the 5-day free trial work?
It's a trial of the plan, started from your free account — Autopilot and the 10-credit pool switch on for 5 days, and everything free stays free. You provide a payment method to start the trial but aren't charged until day 6; cancel inside the window and you pay nothing (your account simply drops back to the free plan). Picking any extra-credits pack converts to a paid subscription immediately.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can still send RFQs, source suppliers and run the RFQ pipeline — none of that touches credits. Only a standalone comparison or a cockpit task returns an upgrade prompt; pick a larger credit pack and the change is prorated automatically. Autopilot keeps running on free workflows; any billable work it would have triggered stages for your approval until you upgrade. There's no overage charge and no surprise bill.
Can I change packs mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
No. The on-demand pool resets at the start of each monthly cycle. Nightly throughput is per-night, not pooled.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing cycle and then transitions to cancelled — no further charges.
