Quick Start
Create your Buyer24 account, verify your email, log in for the first time, and find your way around the app.
Create Your Account
You can create a Buyer24 account in three ways.
Email & Password
- Go to app.buyer24.ai/signup
- Enter your full name, work email, and a password (minimum 8 characters)
- Click Create Account
- A verification email will be sent — check your inbox and click the link to activate your account
Google Sign-In
- Click Continue with Google
- Select your Google/Gmail account
- Grant the requested permissions
- You'll be taken directly into Buyer24 — no email verification needed
Microsoft Sign-In
- Click Continue with Microsoft
- Sign in with your Microsoft or Outlook account
- You'll be redirected back to Buyer24 after authentication
Received an invitation from a teammate? Click the link in the invitation email instead of signing up directly — this pre-connects you to your organization automatically.
Don't want to create an account yet? You can start an RFQ without one — just email your request to rfq@buyer24.ai and the AI takes it from there. See Starting an RFQ by Email.
Email Verification
When signing up with email and password, you must verify your email address before you can use the app.
- After registering, check your inbox for an email from Buyer24
- Click Verify Email Address in the email
- You'll be redirected back to the app and logged in automatically
If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Contact your organization admin or Buyer24 support
First Login
When you log in for the first time, one of two things will happen:
If you're the first person from your company:
You'll be prompted to create your organization. Enter your company name and click Create Organization. You're now the Organization Admin.
If a colleague invited you:
You'll land directly in your organization's workspace, ready to go.
Finding Your Way Around
Buyer24 is organized into apps, listed in the dark app bar down the left edge of the screen:
| App | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Assistant | Your chats with the AI assistant, plus Tasks, Agents, Plugins, Connections and the Knowledge Base |
| Sourcing | Your RFQs, Conversations with suppliers, Quote Compare and, for Organization Admins, RFQ Templates |
| Bidding | Public bids you're watching and pursuing — see Finding Public Bids |
| Suppliers | Your suppliers and contacts |
| Selling | Quote requests buyers send you, and your customers (if your organization also sells) |
| Website | Your company's public website — see Managing Your B2B Website |
| Performance | Your dashboard |
Click an app to open its sidebar with that app's pages; the app's main action, such as New RFQ in Sourcing, sits at the top. Click the Buyer24 logo at the top of the app bar (or press Ctrl K, ⌘K on a Mac) to search everything. The bell and your avatar sit at the bottom: the avatar menu shows your credits, language and theme, and opens Settings: your profile, preferences, and credits & billing, plus the organization and users for admins.
Which apps you see depends on your role and what your organization uses. On a phone, the apps move to a tab bar along the bottom (More holds the rest), and the ☰ button at the top opens the current app's pages.
Switching Between Accounts
If you belong to multiple organizations (uncommon), contact your admin — multi-organization switching is managed at the admin level.
What's Next?
Once you're in:
- Admins — Start with Setting Up Your Organization to configure your team's defaults, then Invite Your Team.
- Buyers & Managers — Go straight to Sending Your First RFQ.
- Everyone — Consider Connecting Your Email so supplier replies land in your inbox too, and set up Your Profile & Signature.
