Plans, Credits & Billing
How Buyer24 pricing works — one plan, credits for the work you send, a 5-day free trial, and no overage charges.
One Plan, Priced by the Work You Send
Buyer24 has a single plan: $49/month, with every feature included. You don't choose between feature tiers — instead, the plan includes a monthly pool of credits, and you scale by adding a credit pack when you send more work.
The base plan includes:
- 10 on-demand credits per month for the work you trigger
- 1 nightly task per day — queued work that runs overnight, included on every plan
- RFQ Autopilot running hourly, always on (see Autopilot)
- Everything else — drafts, email monitoring, AI extraction, translation — free and unlimited
For larger needs (SSO, custom SLAs, higher limits), there's a custom Enterprise option — contact sales from the Pricing page.
What Costs a Credit
Exactly three things consume a credit — one credit each, flat:
| Action | What the credit covers |
|---|---|
| Sending an RFQ | The entire pipeline that follows — supplier messaging, quote collection, and comparisons run inside that RFQ |
| Independent comparison | A standalone quote comparison you run outside an RFQ |
| Task | A task you dispatch to the AI assistant from the cockpit, including everything that task does |
The rule of thumb: you pay for units of work you actually send. Everything up to "send" is free, so you can iterate as much as you like.
What's Always Free
- RFQ and comparison drafts — including drafts created from forwarded emails or uploaded documents
- Standalone AI assistant drafts, page edits, and customer quote generation
- Email monitoring, classification, and the smart inbox
- Quote extraction, OCR, and document parsing
- Language detection and translation
- Conversation summaries
- All Autopilot triage, reminders, and draft intake
The Included Nightly Lane
Work that doesn't need immediate turnaround can be queued for tonight instead of run on the spot. The overnight queue runs one item per day on every plan, at no credit cost. Queue as many items as you like — they run one per night, in order. If a queued item becomes urgent, promote it to run immediately for 1 credit.
The Free Trial
New signups get a 5-day free trial on the base plan:
- You provide a payment method at signup but aren't charged until day 6
- Cancel any time during the trial to avoid any charge
- The trial applies to the base plan only — choosing an extra-credits pack starts a paid subscription immediately
Arriving via email or web-chat intake instead? New organizations created that way receive starter credits so you can try real work before subscribing. See Creating RFQs by Email.
Scaling Up: Credit Packs
When 10 credits a month isn't enough, add a credit pack on top of the base plan:
| Pack | Monthly price | On-demand credits / month |
|---|---|---|
| Base | $49 | 10 |
| +25 | $88 | 35 |
| +50 | $114 | 60 |
| +100 | $154 | 110 |
| +250 | $298 | 260 |
| +500 | $548 | 510 |
| +1000 | $1,048 | 1,010 |
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated automatically on your invoice
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Credits don't roll over — the pool resets at the start of each monthly cycle
- You can cancel any time; your subscription stays active through the end of the current cycle, with no further charges
See the Pricing page for current packs and an estimator matched to your RFQ volume.
Seeing Your Balance
- The credit badge in the app header shows your remaining credits at a glance
- The Credits page has the full picture: pool balance, this month's usage broken down by type (RFQs, comparisons, tasks), and recent activity
- Plan changes are made from the same place — admins see a plan picker; other team members are pointed to their admin
What Happens When You Run Out
There are no overage charges and no surprise bills — ever. When your monthly pool is empty:
- Anything you trigger that needs a credit shows an upgrade prompt instead of running — nothing is silently charged
- Free work continues unaffected — drafts, email monitoring, extraction, summaries, and Autopilot's triage and reminders all keep running
- If Autopilot wants to start billable work, it stages it for your approval instead of running it; resume it after you upgrade or when the next cycle starts
- The nightly lane keeps its 1-per-day rhythm — it doesn't use credits
Upgrading mid-month unblocks everything immediately, prorated. Checkout and billing are handled through Google Cloud Marketplace.
Quick Answers
- Do unused credits roll over? No — the pool resets monthly.
- Is there a cheaper read-only seat? No seat pricing at all — credits meter work, not people. Invite your whole team.
- Are failed runs charged? No. If billable work fails, the credit is returned.
